What we offer..
We are an award winning training centre for both heavy plant machinery and specialist lifting operations, based in south west Wales. We also offer plant hire, with over 50 years experience within the hire industry.
Some of our more popular earthmoving and compaction focussed courses include: 360 excavator training (wheeled and tracked), wheeled loading shovel, forward tipping dumper, rear tipping dumptruck (ADT), tracked dump truck, agri tractor & ride on roller.
While our specialist lifting courses include: mobile cranes, crawler crane, compact (spider) crane, lorry loader, telescopic handler, 360 telehandler (ROTO), slinger/signaller (banksman), crane supervisor and appointed person (lift planner).
Other categories that we also offer include: loader/securer, material handler, plant 
mover, plant/ vehicle marshal, dock/ knuckle boom cranes, grader, crawler tractor/dozer, crusher, screener, MEWP/ cherry picker, scissor lifts and harness awareness.
ACOP training was established in 2008, since then we have invested heavily in a wide range of plant machinery to be utilised by our training school. We therefore offer a huge selection of courses from, all based from our quarry site in Carmarthenshire. Our plant fleet is modern and kept serviceable by our dedicated hire department.

Any of our courses and be tailored to suit your level of experience, and courses typically range from full novice training, short duration refreshers and even experienced worker tests only.
We carefully profile all individuals to ensure they receive the correct level of training prior to testing, thus ensuring good value and the best possible chance of achievement.

We are accredited under NPORS,CPCS, SQA and CITB. We are also a member of the Construction Plant Hire Association (CPA).
