    Hello. I will like to know if I can aply for the CSCS Black card with NVQ Level 4 Controlling Lifting Operations Thanks

    Mircea, I’m afraid not. Despite being at the right level (4 or above), it is not the correct qualification to gain the CSCS black card. More information can be found on the CSCS cardfinder website.
